Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexicorn
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Drain Mexicorn; add bell pepper, cucumbers, onions and mayonnaise.
- Cover and chill.
- Add tomatoes before serving.
