Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Method
- Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and pepper sauce in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling.
- Stir.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days to blend flavors.
