Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Yields 8 servings.
