Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick oleomargarine
Method
- Melt margarine in bottom of glass baking pan (11 x 8-inch). Mix batter.
- Pour over butter layer.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
