Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. scalded milk
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Butter a 2-quart casserole.
- Slice onion into 1/4-inch slices.
- Stir eggs until beaten.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Mix until corn is just mixed into batter.
- Pour into casserole.
- Bake one hour and 10 minutes, or until firm.
- Serves 6.
