Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. plus grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Beat the eggs and mix with the first 5 ingredients.
- Put in greased casserole.
- Cover with thick layer of Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 1 hour.
- Serves 8 to 10.
