Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. water
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 medium tomato, cut in thin wedges
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine corn, celery, bouillon cube, and water; simmer until cube is dissolved and vegetables are tender.
- Add mushrooms, tomato, salt and pepper.
- Simmer briefly.
- Serves 6. Fifty calories a serving.
