Ingredients
- 1 lg. can creamed corn
- 1 lg. can corn, drained
- 1 sm. box corn bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 med. onion
Method
- In 13 X 9 baking dish place both cans of corn.
- Mix 2 eggs with corn bread mix. Set aside.
- Saute onions.
- Layer on top of corn.
- Place corn bread mixture on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over top and bake for 40 minutes at 400.
