Ingredients
- 8 ears fresh corn in husks
- Butter or margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place corn in a large container with cold water to cover; soak 1 hour. Remove from water; drain.
- Place corn on grill. Cover and cook over medium coals 35 minutes or until corn is tender, turning ears frequently. Remove husks; serve with butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
