Ingredients
- 6 ears tender fresh cut corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. milk, or enough to make batter soft
Method
- Mix all
- together,
- fry fritters in small amount of hot oil. Use 1 tablespoon batter for each fritter.
- Brown on both sides, drain on paper towel.
