Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes, cut for boiling
- 2 rolls sausage
- onions, diced
- 5 cans evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 pkg. corn, frozen
Method
- Fry sausage and onions until sausage is done; drain grease. Boil potatoes until almost done; drain most of water.
- Add sausage and onions to potatoes.
- Add corn (cook according to package directions).
- Add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
