Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. canned corn
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon.
- Pour off drippings, returning 3 tablespoons to pan.
- Add onion, sliced in rings; cook until slightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and crumble bacon.
- Add dash of pepper and heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer a minute.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
