Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. cubed potatoes
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
Method
- Cook cubed potatoes.
- Set aside 1 cup potato water after draining.
- Fry sausage with onion.
- Do not drain.
- Add flour, green pepper, salt and pepper.
- Stir in 3 cups milk and the 1 cup potato water.
- Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add corn and cooked potatoes.
- Cook until hot.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
