Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 2 c. peeled, diced and raw potatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. finely crushed saltine crackers
- crumbled crisp bacon (garnish)
Method
- Cook corn, potatoes, celery, onion, salt and pepper in 1 cup water until tender. Stir in soup, milk and crackers. Heat just to boiling. Serve hot in soup bowls. Sprinkle with bacon garnish.
