Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 1 (17 oz.) can reduced sodium whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 small green onions, sliced
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle each serving with crumbled bacon and green onions.
- Makes 1-quart.
