Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter (to saut onion)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon thyme or regular thyme
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 c. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 (15 oz.) cans salmon, drained (remove large bones, skin)
Method
- Fry enough bacon to equal 1/2 cup when cooked and crumbled; let it cool.
