Ingredients
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients; pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 8 to 10.
