Ingredients
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (top)
- 1 pkg. Mexicorn cornbread
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Mix well and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
