Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup margarine (melted)
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (dry)
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until mixture is set in the center.
