Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (6.25 to 6.50 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour
- into a well-greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
