Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel Corn, drained
- 1 can Mexi-Corn, drained
- 1 c. cooked Yellow Rice
- 1 can cream of celery Soup (undiluted)
- 1 stick Margarine
- 1 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta)
Method
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Stir margarine in hot rice until melted.
- Mix rice, corn, soup and cheese.
- Bake briefly at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
