Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Put corn in baking dish.
- Mix sour cream and soup and then spread over corn.
- Sprinkle cheese over that.
- Mix butter and cracker crumbs and spread over that.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
