Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Melt margarine in casserole dish.
- Add other ingredients and stir.
- Cook at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
