Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 stick melted butter or oleo
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 Jiffy cornmeal mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
