Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boned and split
- 12 to 16 tiny white onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 c. sherry wine
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Place chicken in rectangular baking dish.
- Add onions.
- Mix soup, milk and sherry.
- Pour over chicken.
- Grate cheese over top. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- When ready, place in 350° oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer. This recipe is expandable, depending upon the size of the crowd.
