Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 2 cans (14 oz.) kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- chopped onion (optional)
- chopped green pepper (optional)
Method
- Mix together all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 pan. Spray with Pam. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
