Ingredients
- 1 C butter
- 1/2 C light Karo syrup
- 1-1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 qts popped popcorn
- 1 1/2 C nuts
Method
- In 2 qt microwave safe bowl, cook butter, syrup and granulated sugar on high for about 14 minutes or to the hard ball stage.
- Syrup will have a butterscotch color when ready.
- Stir in vanilla.
