Ingredients
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House chocolate morsels (2 c.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
- Beat in flour and salt.
- Stir in 1 cup chocolate morsels.
- Spread into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
