Ingredients
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 small pkg. yellow rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
- grated cheese
Method
- Cook rice according to directions on package.
- Add butter; let melt, then add corn and soup.
- Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
