Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz. French-fried onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 lb. can cream-style corn
- 2 tsp. chopped pimento
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Method
- Crush half the onions.
- Saute green pepper in margarine until soft.
- Add corn, pimento, egg and crushed onions.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until firm. Sprinkle remaining onions on top.
- Bake 5 minutes longer.
