Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots, cut, cook and drained
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup, don't dilute
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix soup, oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Pour over sliced pepper, sliced onion and cooked carrots.
- Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
