Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 1 small box Bisquick
- 10 oz. coon or extra sharp cheese
- few drops of Tabasco sauce
Method
- Let sausage come to room temperature.
- Mix dry Bisquick and sausage with hands.
- Melt cheese in double boiler; add Tabasco sauce.
- Add cheese to sausage mixture; mix well.
- Shape into teaspoon-sized balls.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes. (May be made ahead of time and frozen, then baked without thawing.)
- Serve hot.
