Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cold half and half or light cream
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 c. crushed Keebler E. L. Fudge chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 chocolate pie crust
Method
- Pour half and half into large bowl.
- Add pudding mix; beat until well blended, 1 minute.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip and crushed cookies.
- Spoon into crust.
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
- Remove from freezer.
- Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
