Ingredients
- 1 box jello (flavor depends on color you want)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- nuts (if desired)
Method
- Mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries after cheese is soft.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let cool to room temperance, then place in refrigerator or until consistency of egg white.
- Add cream cheese mixture.
- Stir well to get all cream cheese lumps out.
- Add Cool Whip last.
- Serves 6.
