Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
  • 5 oz. maraschino cherries with juice, sliced or chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped fine
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • toasted, broken pecans

Method

  • Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Bring 1 cup of juice to a boil; add to Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add 4 tablespoons hot liquid to cheese mix and blend.
  • Add to Jell-O mix and blend well.
