Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 small (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream dry jello and cream cheese.
- Gradually add 1 cup boiling water.
- Add juice from crushed pineapple and enough cold water to make one full cup.
- Add crushed pineapple and pecans.
- Two cups of marshmallows may be added if desired.
- Chill until firm. Different flavors of jello may be substituted, also different fruits.
