Ingredients
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 small can English peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- juice from beans to cover
- 1 small jar pimento, drained
Method
- Drain juice from green beans and set aside.
- Drain juice from peas, corn and pimentos.
- Combine sugar, vinegar and oil.
- Add juice from green beans.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
