Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • milk
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion

Method

  • Beat with a fork in saucepan the eggs, vinegar and sugar. Cook over low heat until thick.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Mix with beaters the cream cheese with a little milk.
  • When smooth, add cooled custard mixture, olives, chopped pimentos, bell pepper and onion.
  • Mix thoroughly.
