Ingredients
- 4 c. grapes (unseeded)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- butter pastry for 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Method
- Wash, stem and reserve skins from grapes.
- Cook pulp for 5 minutes; press through sieve to remove seeds.
- Combine pulp with grape skins and add lemon juice.
- Mix the sugar, flour and salt and add to grape mixture.
