Ingredients
- 1 box (7.28 Oz. Box) Macaroni & Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, More Or Less As Directed On Macaroni And Cheese Package Directions
- 1/4 cups Milk, More Or Less As Directed On Macaroni And Cheese Package Direction
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 dash Adobo Or Poultry Seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) French Cut Green Beans
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Ranch Style Beans
Method
- 1.
- In a large pot, prepare mac & cheese as per directions on the box (using butter or margarine and milk, according to amounts specified in the directions); set aside.
- 2.
- Place ground turkey in a large heated skillet; sprinkle with Adobo or poultry seasoning.
- 3.
- Brown ground turkey until cooked through completely.
- 4.
- Drain green beans; add to cooked turkey.
- 5.
- Pour stewed tomatoes (including juice) onto a plate; coarsely chop until all tomatoes are diced.
- Add to cooked turkey and green beans; mix thoroughly.
- 6.
- Add green chiles (including juice) to the turkey mixture; mix thoroughly.
- 7.
- Dump turkey and veggie mixture into the large pot with the mac & cheese.
- Mix thoroughly.
- 8.
- Add seasoned salt and beans to the mixture; mix thoroughly.
- 9.
- Serve and enjoy with saltines, crusty bread, or cornbread.
