Ingredients
- 4 (1-inch thick) lean pork chops
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp. olive or canola oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Lightly saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil.
- Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
- Add mushroom soup.
- Cover and cook slowly about 45 minutes.
- Good served with rice.
