Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 large block cream cheese, sliced
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Place spinach on bottom of baking dish. Wrap chicken breast around a piece of cream cheese. Place seam side down on spinach. Mix soup, sour cream and wine together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
