Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) box lime Jello
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained, reserve juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened with 1 - 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Dissolve Jello in hot water mix well, add cold water and mix. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour until just starting to set. Once Jello is ready, mix remaining ingredients into Jello with electric mixer on medium speed.
- Place in a 9 x 12 inch or 9 x 13 inch dish and refrigerate until firm.
