Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T buttermilk
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon
- ~4 c finely cut cabbage
- 1 medium carrot coarsely shredded
Method
- Combine dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage and carrot and mix well. May be made up to 4 hours ahead of time if covered and refrigerated.
