Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups shredded cabbage
  • 12 cup thin sliced sweet onion
  • 14 cup julienne carrot
  • 14 cup julienne radishes or 3 radishes
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar or 14 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 14 cup half-and-half, to thin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, to taste
  • 12 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Method

  • Julienne or shred veggies, set aside.
  • Mix dressing, all ingredients from the mayonnaise down.
  • Adjust to taste.
  • Toss all of the above in a bowl, let it sit an hour or so (or not) and munch.
  • Done.
