- 1 12 cups shredded cabbage
- 12 cup thin sliced sweet onion
- 14 cup julienne carrot
- 14 cup julienne radishes or 3 radishes
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup rice wine vinegar or 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 14 cup half-and-half, to thin
- 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, to taste
- 12 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Method
- Julienne or shred veggies, set aside.
- Mix dressing, all ingredients from the mayonnaise down.
- Adjust to taste.
- Toss all of the above in a bowl, let it sit an hour or so (or not) and munch.
- Done.
