Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) bottom round roast
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (12 oz.) can cola
- 12 oz. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder; rub over surface of roast.
- In a Dutch oven, heat the oil to hot and brown roast on all sides.
- Transfer roast to roasting pan.
