Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
Method
- In large bowl sift together sugar and flour; set aside.
- Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola.
- Bring to a boil and pour over dry mixture.
- Then add buttermilk with soda dissolved in milk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.
- Mix all together with spoon and not mixer.
- Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
