Ingredients
- 1 pkg. filo dough
- 2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1 sq. Feta cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- melted margarine
Method
- Open filo dough; cut in half.
- With one half, start layering the bottom of a 12 x 9-inch glass pan, brushing each layer with melted margarine.
- When half is done, mix the cottage cheese, drained, chopped spinach, beaten eggs, Feta cheese and bread crumbs well.
- Spread this filling over the bottom filo layer. Repeat with second half, brushing each layer with margarine.
- Cut into squares before cooking.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
