Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Grease tube pan. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans together. Put 1/2 of nut mixture in pan. Mix cake mix, instant pudding, water and oil together. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well. Put 1/2 of cake mixture in pan. Add other 1/2 of nut mixture then add other 1/2 of cake mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
