Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. salt
- 1/4 c. instant coffee
- 3/4 c. warm water
Method
- Mix flour and salt in bowl, making a well in center.
- Stir coffee into water in a cup.
- Pour liquid into dry ingredients, stir thoroughly.
- Add more flour or water, as needed.
- Knead until smooth on lightly floured board, about 5 minutes.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Model with it (1/2 inch thick if you plan to bake it).
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, until hard, on foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Varnish cooled project to seal.
